Visiting Headquarters
Rob Carter (Left in the photo above) and Darin Alvord (Right in the photo) met for two days with the leadership of Trans World Radio at their Headquarters in Cary, NC. Our topics were centered on increasing the reach of Dr Cecy’s discipleship and leadership training content, including sermon series, seminars, books and study guides. We discussed our cutting-edge production methods and our needs for help contextualizing translations, broadcasting produced radio programs into Africa and Europe, and ways JARON Ministries International could partner with Trans World Radio to further their work. We are now working on the next steps to accomplish these goals.
Prayer Items
- Pray that TWR will be able to provide translation and context help.
- Pray that we will be able to effectively broadcast Air JARON into Europe and Africa in English.
- Also that our relationship with TWR would grow.
- We want to formulate means to broadcast selected books by Jim Cecy.
- Furthering DRM and Ministries in Guam
Over the course of two days, Rob and I met with Will Graham to investigate ways in which the ministries may collaborate to increase the evangelistic and training reach of Global Radio Ministries production of Air JARON and how we might partner together to minister to the big military bases in Guam, the troubled island police department, and to churches in Guam through films such as “Unbroken: Path to Redemption”, “Courageous”, through short-term missions, and through conferences, and Celebrations to include Will Graham and other highly respected people from the US military.

- Pray that we can establish and grow working relationship with Executive Director – Audio Ministry, for Billy Graham Evangelistic Association.
- Pray for Will’s availability and participation in ministry to Guam and TWR.
- Pray for the ongoing training work at the Cove done by Billy Graham Evangelistic Association.
